The Office for Nigerian Digital Innovation (ONDI) is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) of NITDA created to streamline the coordination and support of activities on policy implementation, enforcement of regulatory guidelines and interventions targeted at the development and growth of the Nigerian technology ecosystem for greater impact on job creation and economic growth.
The two special purpose vehicles (SPVs) of NITDA, the Office for ICT Innovation and Entrepreneurship (OIIE) and the Office for Nigerian Content Development on ICT (ONC), are now merged to become a new office.
The new office: Office for Nigerian Digital Innovation (ONDI) covers the mandates of the previous offices. The new office will execute programmes aimed at strengthening the digital innovation ecosystem to create more innovation-driven enterprises (IDEs), and as well promote the development of local contents in the Nigerian digital sector.
